Some Great Tasting Recipes…Remember that you can substitute gluten-free flour or gluten-free pasta in most recipes if it doesn’t specifically say so.

And vise-versa!  You can use regular pasta or wheat flour in any gluten-free recipe instead of the corresponding gluten-free item.  Just remember to take out any xanthan or guar gum that the recipe calls for since the gluten in regular flour provides this “sticky” or elastic component that these gums provide in gluten-free recipes.
